Massachusetts Court Ruling to Slow Foreclosures
The Massachusetts Supreme Court ruled today that lenders cannot foreclose on homes where they are not in possession of the correct paperwork. This is the highest court in the land so far to rule in this manner and it is expected to slow further foreclosures there. Depending upon how the Supreme Court might rule on this it could effect foreclosures in other States.
